Cancellation Policy
For any orders placed with Merasa, the customer will be presumed to have read and agreed to the below mentioned terms and conditions.
- Cancellations are only accepted if the request for the same is made within 12 hours of an order being placed. To place a cancellation request, email us at help@merasajewellery.com or Whatsapp us on +91-7081447447. Make sure to also mention your order number.
- We will refund you the complete amount that you would have paid online for placing the order. Your bank may take upto 7 days to process the refund.
- If you want to cancel your order after 12 hours of placing it, then we will deduct the shipping charges, and refund the balance amount.
- For any other issues, kindly write to us at help@merasajewellery.com or Whatsapp us on +91-7081447447. We will try to resolve the issue in the best way possible.
- For our products purchased from any other online portals, the replacement, exchange, cancellation or refund policy of those portals will be applicable. Matters regarding the same will have to be escalated to those portals only.
