Q. How much do I need to pay for shipping?
A. On orders above Rs 1500 shipping is free. On orders below Rs 1500 we charge a nominal shipping fee of Rs 70.
Q. Is there an option for Cash on Delivery?
A. Yes, we do provide cash on delivery service.
Q. How many days will it take for my product to be delivered to me?
A. We do our best to ensure that your product reaches you as fast as possible. We process your orders within 1-2 days, and our logistics partners usually deliver the products within metro cities between 3 to 5 days, and in other cities between 4 to 6 days.
Q. Can I claim for a missing/damaged/incorrect product in my package?
A. Yes, in an unlikely event of receiving a package with a damaged, incorrect or missing product, you will need to send us a video of you opening the package to help@merasajewellery.com or WhatsApp us the same on +91-7081447447 within 2 days of its delivery.

Q. Can I exchange my product for another product?
A. Yes. You can email us at help@merasajewellery.com, or WhatsApp us at +91-7081447447 within 48 hours of the delivery of the product to avail exchange facility. In case of exchange, the customer will have to bear the shipping costs.

Q. How do I understand the size of a product?
A. We clearly mention the approximate length of our products in their description. In case of earrings, please use a ruler to get an accurate idea of their length. In case of bracelets and necklaces, a measuring tape will be more suitable to judge their length.
