Exchange Policy

For any orders placed with Merasa, the customer will be presumed to have read and agreed to the below mentioned terms and conditions.
  • Products which fall in the category of "3 for 599" once purchased, cannot be exchanged.
  • For all other categories, If you wish to exchange your product for a different product, kindly write to us within 2 days of the product’s delivery at help@merasajewellery.com or Whatsapp us at +91-7081447447. Also make sure to mention the order number.
  • Upon receipt of your email or Whatsapp, our team will intimate you about the availability of the requested product.
  • If the requested product is available, we will arrange for a doorstep pickup of the previous product. Upon receiving back the previous product and its inspection being done by our team, we will ship you the requested exchange product.
  • It is the responsibility of the customer to securely pack the product in its original packaging, before shipping it back to us. If we receive the product in a damaged condition, we will not be able to process the exchange.
  • Products can be exchanged with a product of equal or higher value only.
  • Please ensure that you handover the product in an unused condition with complete packaging and freebies that were sent along, otherwise we will not able to process the exchange request.
  • Exchange is allowed only once per order.
  • In case of exchange, the customer will have to bear the shipping costs.
  • Custom-made products are not eligible for exchange.
  • In case the exchange product is of higher value than the originally ordered product, then the customer will have to pay the difference online before the exchange product can be shipped. This difference in payment will have to be made through one of the following options - PayTm, Google Pay, NEFT, UPI.
  • The entire process of exchange can take between 15 to 25 days, depending upon the customer's delivery address.

  • For our products purchased from any other online portals, the replacement, exchange, cancellation or refund policy of those portals will be applicable. Matters regarding the same will have to be escalated to those portals only.
