Replacement Policy

For any orders placed with Merasa, the customer will be presumed to have read and agreed to the below mentioned terms and conditions.

At Merasa, we strive to ensure that our customers are receiving products that are of the highest quality.

  • In an unlikely event of receiving a package with a damaged, incorrect or missing product, please send us a video of you opening the package to help@merasajewellery.com or WhatsApp us the same on +91-7081447447, within 2 days of its delivery. Please also make sure to mention your order number.

  • Upon receiving your email or WhatsApp, a free doorstep pickup will be organised by our team to collect the above mentioned product. When we receive the incorrect/damaged product, we will ship you a replacement product.

  • Please be patient when you email or Whatsapp us, it may take us a day to respond to your message. However, we will definitely respond.
  • Please ensure that you handover the product in an unused condition, and in its original packaging, along with all the freebies that were sent along. Otherwise, we will not able to process the replacement request.

  • Replacement will be done with a product of the same design only (subject to availability of the design).

  • Minor design variations are a part of the handcrafting process, and are beyond the control of our craftsmen, and therefore do not qualify for replacement. 

  • Due to the many variations in displays and browsers, colours may appear slightly different on different displays, and therefore slight difference in colour also does not qualify for replacement.

  • The entire process of replacement can take between 15 to 25 days, depending upon the customer's delivery address.

  • For our products purchased from any other online portals, the replacement, exchange, cancellation or refund policy of those portals will be applicable. Matters regarding the same will have to be escalated to those portals only.
